Menu Plan Monday

 
 
I am starting back with Menu Plan Monday. The holidays threw me off for a bit, but I am ready to get on a schedule again. As always, meals are tentative. I will plan on making them each day, but life happens. I usually post recipes and pictures the night I make the meal.

Menu Plan

Monday - Herb Stuffing Meatloaf
Tuesday - Slow Cooker Beef Teriyaki
Wednesday - Blackberry Jalapeno Pork Loin
Thursday -  Pierogi  Soup, Bread
Friday - Kung Pao Chicken Linguine
Saturday - Grilled Flank Steak with Chimchurri
Sunday - Braised Short Ribs

  1. I love meal planning. It is hard to stick to the plan all the time, but if I don't do it, then thinking about what to make each night feels so painful!
    I'm interested in your Blackberry Jalapeno Pork Loin. Have you already shared this recipe? Sounds yummy.

    1. Erica, menu planning saves us from soup and snadwishes every night. I have made the blackberry jalapeno pork before, but have not blogged about it. I want to add a few more ingredients this week to see if I can get the flavor up a bit. I will definitely post it as soon as I make it. Thank you for stopping by! Liz
