I am starting back with Menu Plan Monday. The holidays threw me off for a bit, but I am ready to get on a schedule again. As always, meals are tentative. I will plan on making them each day, but life happens. I usually post recipes and pictures the night I make the meal.

Monday - Herb Stuffing Meatloaf
Tuesday - Slow Cooker Beef Teriyaki
Wednesday - Blackberry Jalapeno Pork Loin
Thursday - Pierogi Soup, Bread
Friday - Kung Pao Chicken Linguine
Saturday - Grilled Flank Steak with Chimchurri
Sunday - Braised Short Ribs
I love meal planning. It is hard to stick to the plan all the time, but if I don't do it, then thinking about what to make each night feels so painful!

Erica, menu planning saves us from soup and snadwishes every night. I have made the blackberry jalapeno pork before, but have not blogged about it. I want to add a few more ingredients this week to see if I can get the flavor up a bit. I will definitely post it as soon as I make it. Thank you for stopping by! Liz
